Online Course: Components of a McNair Project's Oper. Plan
Components of an Effective McNair Project's Operation Plan This course reviews the nine criteria in the Plan of Operation as well as re-thinking the entire design of the project. Participants will review research studies as well as best practices in program design. How do you incorporate technology in your design? How do you partner with faculty and other stakeholders to provide program services? What should you consider when you formulate each of the plans required in this section of the proposal? How does what you have learned from COVID-19 change your new programming? Learn from each other as you share best practices in selection, service delivery, records management, and scholar preparation for graduate school success. Faculty: Jon Crider, Texas Tech University; Michael Hunt, University of Maryland, Baltimore County; Alice Ho, University of California Los Angeles and Kim Rosfeld, Southern Nazarene University
