Structuring Services to Meet Desired Outcomes, Part II
Part II builds off the on-site training and discusses effective strategies to meet legislative outcomes and project objectives. Using the last funded grant proposal, course participants will identify their project’s strategies to meet objectives and how each contribute to the accomplishment of prescribed outcomes. Participants will examine factors that influence the delivery of services to project participants/clients as well as investigate effective ways to evaluate project outcomes and why evaluation is important. Participants will develop a logic model to link objectives, services, and evaluation techniques to illustrate the relationship between these components.
