This course examines effective ways to target your student population, identify students who have a need for your services but who also have potential for success. We will also discuss effective recruitment strategies, strategic selection policies and eligibility and other criteria for selection of participants. We will take an overall look at how recruiting and selecting students impact your objective attainment and how providing optimum services will help your program meet participants’ identified needs.
