Legislation and Regulations–TS, UB and UBMS
This virtual professional development is designed to assist TRIO directors for Talent Search, Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math/Science programs in learning the legislation and regulations that guide their programs. COE discusses the Legislation, your specific TRIO regulations, the Education Department Guidelines (EDGAR) and OMB Uniform Cost Circulars as well as revising your budgets. For seasoned professionals, we will delve deeper into reporting and evaluation while for new professionals we will assist on working with your program specialist.
