Legislation and Regulations – For McNair and SSS
This virtual professional development is designed to assist TRIO directors and staff for McNair and Student Support Services (including all SSS programs serving special populations) programs in learning the legislation and regulations that guide their programs. COE discusses the Legislation, your specific TRIO regulations, the Education Department Guidelines (EDGAR) and OMB Uniform Cost Circulars as well as revising your budgets. For seasoned professionals, we will delve deeper into reporting and evaluation while for new professionals we will assist on working with your program specialist.
