The summer of 2020 will go down on record as one of the most innovative, spontaneous, and perhaps challenging summers in our Upward Bound history. Seasoned directors will highlight virtual programs and services that exceeded expectations, and those that fell flat. What did the virtual platform teach us? How can we use these lessons to make both virtual and future in-person sessions more impactful?
