Managing Your Workload to Meet Your Program Objectives This workshop will investigate effective strategies that projects can utilize to manage staff workloads and talents to meet project objectives. Course participants will discuss models for staffing including Management by Objective and Case Management Structures. The group will delve into evaluation tools that allow for program improvement, no more doing it because it’s always been done that way! Course will be done through the platform CourseSites. After
registering, you will be given instructions on how to enter into the
CourseSites platform three to four days before the start date. This
course does not have any live sessions but this is not self-pace. You
will be assigned tasks, assignments and post discussions that will be
due on specific dates within the 10 days.
