Impacts of the Supreme Court’s Decision on Race Conscious Admissions on TRIO and Other College Access and Support Programs In late June, the Supreme Court is expected to rule on two cases (Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College) that consider the legality of any consideration of race in college admissions.
