Just Pay for Just Work? 2019- 2020 TRIO Compensation Survey

The Pell Institute for the Study of Opportunity in Higher Education conducts yearly surveys to understand the levels at which institutions and organizations compensate college outreach professionals. We are excited to share the findings of this year’s TRIO Compensation Survey so we may better understand the current landscape for TRIO professionals. Participants will hear how compensation varies by TRIO program, position, institutional division, institutional type, geographical location, demographic characteristics, educational level, length of employment, and employment status; as well as some reasons impacting TRIO professionals’ decision to persist or look for other opportunities. The webinar will unpack the findings to offer concrete recommendations for TRIO programs and TRIO professionals.
